Any patient or individual who receives care, treatment or services and who has concerns about the patient and quality of care provided at Midland Memorial Hospital may report a complaint. The Hospital's non-retaliation policy protects the patient or individual from being retaliated against for good faith reporting of any possible wrongdoing.
