What can or should you do if you have a concern about the safety or quality of care provided at Midland Memorial Hospital? Midland Memorial encourages you to first bring your complaint to the attention of the Hospital’s leaders. If this does not lead to resolution, you may report these concerns by:

Any patient or individual who receives care, treatment or services and who has concerns about the patient and quality of care provided at Midland Memorial Hospital may report a complaint. The Hospital’s non-retaliation policy protects the patient or individual from being retaliated against for good faith reporting of any possible wrongdoing.
