Expectant Parent Tour

Welcome home to the new BirthPlace for Midland Memorial Hospital! Beginning December 19, it will be housed in the beautiful new Scharbauer Tower at 400 Rosalind Redfern Grover Parkway (and Garfield).To help expectant parents become more familiar with this new state-of-the-art facility, an evening of tours has been planned just for those who are pregnant and their coach.

Guided, informational tours will be held on Monday, December 3, from 5-8 p.m.Everyone will gather in the beautiful, expansive two-story lobby where light refreshments will be served.Parking is available in the new lot in front of the Scharbauer Tower with golf cart valet assistance.

Many of the special features of our family-centered units include modern lighting, bright and fun color schemes, and spacious rooms that are family-friendly with couches that convert into beds.The BirthPlace includes C-Section suites and a spa where mothers can relax and help reduce stress and pain.A new security system will be in place for the Scharbauer Tower that will insure patient and infant safety.
