Midland Memorial Hospital’s Heart Institute offers a complete range of services for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Our team of healthcare professionals and physicians provide high-quality care for patients with heart problems.
Midland Memorial Hospital's heart program has a proud history. The heart program has grown from performing the first cardiac catheterization in 1986 and the first open heart surgery in 1989. Our program has become nationally recognized for providing outstanding care for patients suffering heart attacks and for patients being treated for congestive heart failure. Our regional outreach efforts enable us to successfully treat patients from surrounding counties, providing them with the most up-to-date procedures, cardiac diagnostics and surgery in a friendly environment.
The easiest way to access the Heart Institute is through the Illinois entrance on the south side of the hospital.
