The primary responsibility of the Grill Cook is to provide the highest quality of service to all customers. This position sets up the grill work station, prepares items to be sold in the cafeteria as ordered and serves customers during meal times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
· Ensures production of assigned products is completed in a timely manner for retail operations.
· Communicate potential problems with production supervisor when necessary
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Requires the ability to effectively communicate information and respond in English to questions from all Hospital’s publics.
Some previous experience as a cook in food service is preferred.
