Job Details: |
Assists the Quality Management department with performance improvement activities; including the review of medical records and collecting data for internal and external measures and other studies as recommended by CMS, DNV, DSHS or MMH. Assists in being a resource to other departments and/or personnel regarding quality/risk management. Performs procedures in compliance with hospital policies and general instructions from supervisor. Able to resolve routine problems using general guidelines provided by higher management.
Education/Experience:
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Five (5) years of acute care clinical experience.
Able to apply principles and tools of performance improvement to a wide range of problems.
The base pay for this position is $12.96/hr and is increased based upon applicable experience.
