Performs the essential duties responsibilities and the primary functions of a manager of specific patient populations. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of the these patients. Responsible for meeting established standards of clinical nursing practice. Responsible for budgeting and managing department supplies, equipment and personnel. Responsible for promoting team work with physicians and personnel of other departments. Responsible for solving a wide variety of problems including specific patient complaints and/or satisfaction. Responsible for interpreting instructions furnished in written and oral form. Ensure that staff have sufficient information to comply with Corporate Compliance Program. Licensed as Registered Nurse in State of Texas. MSN or related graduate degree preferred. BSN required.
The base pay for this position is $24.83/hr and is increased based upon applicable experience.
