Diabetes Education at Midland Memorial Hospital is an important part of your care. Our goal is to reduce the risks of developing the long-term complications associated with diabetes through patient and family education. A dedicated diabetes educator is available who will visit with you about your diabetes and work with you and your family to manage the disease during your hospital stay. If needed, the educator will follow-up with you after your stay.
